As someone that suffers severe nights sweats, I can’t say enough good things about this product.  Simply fill the thin pillow with water to activate and place under the pillow case. 

Home made Chillow.  Prior to spending money on a Chillow Pillow, you may want to try a homemade one.  Put a cup and a half of water in a 1 gallon Zip-lock freezer bag.  I then put it in another one just in case it leaks.  Slide it under the pillow case and viola.  It’s not as comfortable as the Chillow and doesn’t stay cold very long but it works until you decide what works for you.
